For Transporters (Truckers)
Once you upload a valid Port Exit Ticket and the Shipper approves the image, the instruction is sent to a BSP-licensed payment gateway instantly. Depending on your enrolled bank or e‑wallet, funds typically appear in your account within minutes to a few hours.
KErI monitors all active trips. If a valid, GPS-verified document is uploaded but the Shipper has not responded within 4 hours, our support team intervenes to review the document and ensure your payout is not delayed.
No. You can choose to accept standard import/export trips or opt for Triangulation bookings. However, Triangulation is highly recommended as it eliminates empty return trips and offers a higher payout structure (50/50 split) 40% after approval of shipper of the uploaded photos of loaded container with seal and 50% upon approval of container acceptance at the port photo.
This fee covers the advanced matching logic that finds an exporter for your empty container. This service saves you from paying for a separate "Empty Return" trip and helps lower the overall logistics cost while reducing port traffic.
As long as you communicate the delay through the app and provide proof of the queue, your final 20% release will remain secure. We only apply penalties for "Unjustified Cancellations" or lack of communication.
For Shippers & Exporters
Your money is held in a segregated, regulated account managed by our payment partner, BSP-licensed payment gateway. KERI Technologies does not "hold" or "own" your shipment funds. We act as the Instruction Layer, meaning we only tell BSP-licensed payment gateway when to move the money based on your specific approval.
Instead of paying 100% upfront (which is risky for Shippers) or 100% at the end (which is hard for Truckers), we break it down. For a standard import:
- 30% — (Port Exit): Gives the driver cash for fuel and tolls.
- 50% — (Warehouse Delivery): Paid when the cargo is safely at its destination.
- 20% — (Empty Return): Paid when the container is returned to the yard.
No. KErI is an Payment System (OPS). We provide the technical platform that verifies logistics data (like GPS coordinates and Port Tickets). We use those "real-world" events to trigger financial instructions. We are the bridge between the physical truck on the road and the digital bank account.
If a driver uploads the wrong document or the cargo is damaged, you have the right to Reject the milestone. This pauses the payment and alerts KErI Support to mediate. We use the digital paper trail (time-stamped photos and GPS logs) to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
KErI's system uses Triple-Verification:
- GPS Geofencing: We verify the driver was physically at the port or warehouse.
- Timestamp Metadata: We ensure the photo was taken in real-time.
- Manual Audit: You have the final right to review the image before any funds are moved.
General & Security
KErI Technologies Inc. does not hold your funds. All payments are processed and held in a regulated account by a BSP-licensed payment gateway. KErI only acts as the "Instruction Layer" to trigger releases based on verified milestones.
You can update your payout settings (Bank Account, GCash, or Maya) through the "Profile" section of the app. For security purposes, changes to bank details require a one-time password (OTP) and may take 24 hours to verify.
If there is a dispute regarding cargo damage or service quality, the Shipper can "Reject" the final milestone. This triggers an automatic investigation by KErI Support. We act as a mediator to review the digital paper trail (DRs and EIRs) to ensure a fair resolution.
