  • Location Data: Real-time GPS coordinates of the Service Provider to facilitate tracking for the Client.
  • Transaction Data: Details of the trucking services booked and milestone statuses.

  • To send milestone-based payment instructions to our BSP licensed payment partner.
  • To comply with legal requirements and prevent fraud.
Purpose Limitation: We only process your personal data for specific, legitimate purposes as outlined in this policy and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.

Data Collection for Logistics Verification

To ensure the security of transactions and the integrity of our milestone-based payment system, KErI Technologies Inc. collects and processes specific "verification data." By using our platform, you consent to the collection of:

A. Identity & Vehicle Verification (KYC)

  • Government-Issued IDs: Professional Driver’s License and NBI Clearance to verify the identity of the service provider.
  • Vehicle Documentation: Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) to verify vehicle ownership and roadworthiness.
  • Purpose: To prevent identity fraud and ensure only qualified service providers are matched with shippers.

B. Proof of Service Documents (Milestone Triggers)

  • Transaction Records: Copies of Port Exit Tickets, Delivery Receipts (DR), Equipment Interchange Receipts (EIR), and signed Gate Passes.
  • Purpose: These documents serve as the mandatory "triggers" for our automated fund disbursement system. Funds cannot be released via our licensed payment partner without these validated uploads.

C. Geolocation & Telemetry

  • Real-Time Location: We collect GPS data from your mobile device while the application is active (foreground and background) during an active booking.
  • Purpose:
    1. To track cargo security for the Shipper.
    2. To validate "Street-Turn" (Triangulation) eligibility. We verify your physical presence at an Exporter’s warehouse before releasing the initial 50% backhaul payment.

D. Sharing with Payment Processors

We share your verified identity and transaction status with our licensed payment partner, strictly for the purpose of facilitating payout disbursements.
